I need advice.
I'm ready to start my process of naturalization. In the case I become US citizen I'm truly interested in bringing my brother which is 38 and have an Computer Engineer Diploma + UCSD degree
well my question I guess will be, he has a b1/b2 visa (tourist) and in case everything goes well... will he able to bring his wife + 2 kids with him??
I know. I'm still not a US citizen but I've been already here about 8 years and the only reason to become US citizen (besides to be a citizen of this country that had give me so much) is to help my brother to get a better life as he is a "smarty".
Please help me
Thanks!

It takes many, many years for a citizen to bring in an adult child, parent or sibling. I don't think that is the best option.

His wife and kids will need their own tourist visa's to enter the US. I am doubtful they will issue them to the whole family because in their eyes, it would weaken your brothers ties to Mexico and make it more likely that he would fail to return.
Your brothers best bet is to try and enter under an H visa ( a work visa for people in his field ). I believe under that visa he will be able to bring his family with him.

They issued visa's to all of them? That is great news.....but the answer doesn't change. The best way for him and his fmaily to come the US to live is with an H visa.

Check this fact sheet out.

If you petition for your brother once you become a US citizen, his wife and kids can apply for immigration visas when the petition for him is approved. I think currently USCIS is processing petitions of 2001, so it def. takes a couple of years just to get this petition approved. Don't know if that's they best way to go, like Dylan's wife already said.
