When lifting conditions i know u have 90 days from the day the green card expires.....does that mean as long as the application is to them before the expiration date you are fine....or you are expected to file right around 90days before.....kind of confused on this....thanks

The idea of filing 90 days before the GC expires is to give the USCIS time to issue the receipt NOA that is also the extension notice.

you can file anywhere between 90 days and the day the green card expires.. not 90 days from the day the green card expires....
