Email NVC, I did and got a response 24 hours later. Provide them CIS case number, and names and DOB of petitioner and beneficiary.

Also, try calling after 10pm EST. Hit 1 then 5. Then when it's thinking hit 5 again. It says hold and you hold on for a while, then you get someone live. It works for me every time.

It took our case almost 2 months to reach the NVC. Apparently now they say to allow up to 90 days for transfer. I am not sure why it takes these cases so long to get from one place in the US to another but it seems to take a while unfortunately. Good luck and I hope it arrives soon! Also try the 1-202-663-1225 (office of visa services) number if you can't get through using the 1-603-334-0700 number.

Yeah - it's been a bit of a nightmare over Christmas etc but just keep trying every day - call NVC, DOS and maybe even the Service Centre as well just to see if they have sent it - it's a real pain and it might take a few goes. Jeremy had to call the same number a few times before he was told he was in a queue for 15 minutes...

Good luck!!!

Do they look it up by the number assigned to the NOA2 or? I want to see if they have rec'd it from CSC, although I know its early for that just yet, based on others experiences.
