My fiancee called me New Year's Day and said she received packet 4! I was very surprised because based on past performance, the HCMC embassy has an unusually long wait time between packet 3 and packet 4. (less than 3 weeks) I'm not complaining!...anyway, the interview is on 1/28/08, which is before Tet, hopefully she can come here sometime in February based on the current 2 week wait time for a visa.

That is great news I very happy for you 2 weeks after ours very close it seems they are doing things faster in HCMC
