Started a new abs workout. OMG. The pain. Finally! I can tell something is happening. I think I outgrew my other abs workout as I could never feel a thing with it, no matter how long I took off from it.

I love it!
What abs workout are you doing? I need something for my core. I dislike core strengthing very much but I think my neglect for this region is one reason my back went out on me. Is the abs workout something I can do?
I need to get a core workout program going.

Besides still eatting healthy I did go on my walk with Abby this morning after taking some more Ibuprofren. I was in considerable pain but I hoped whatever I'd done to my back might work its way out on a walk. Plus I didn't want to break my committment to my cousin about walking in the morning when she only gets 1 hour out of 24 to herself after the new baby was born.
She told me her neck was kinked which seemed to coincide with the same day my back pain started.. During our walk my right hip/leg seemed to do this rotating thing due to my lower back pain. It feels better to stand, walk, or lay flat on my back, then sit or bend. After the walk I soaked in the bathtub. I felt better during the day until later when Mom decided to rearrange house furniture and I had to help her. Thus came the bending and lifting and reinjury. My back is still complaining but not as much as yesterday.
