I need some advice here, I lost my biometric letter that i have received lase week. What options do I have to find out the date and time for my appointment? Can I just simply call customer service for the info?

You will need that letter in order to enter the USCIS field office.

I would schedule an Info-Pass appointment, they may do the biometrics as part of the info-pass appointment.
