Happy New Year to everyone and hopefully 2008 will bring us all less stress from our friends at USCIS. blush.gif I sent my package in on December 19th and the check cleared yesterday December 31st. It seems to me that Vermont Service Center is expediting the process.

Congratulations! kicking.gif Yes at time Vermont can be pretty fast. My I130 was approved in 2 months time. WOW.
I have many friends on here that sent there I130 in Sept. that did not get there check cashed until just last week.

I received my NOA yesterday mailed a week after receiving my application.

My dates are exactly the same but I haven't gotten my extension letter yet, have you ???
