just talked to my lady in Brasil, it is after Midnight there.
She is on the beach with her family watching the fireworks.
I was there last New years, could not make it this year, butt I will be in Brasil with her next Sunday for 2 weeks.

i just spoke with my SO as well. shes out in the country with her family. feliz ano novo! and best of luck to everyone thats still wating!

We spent '05 in Salvador. We were up until daylight. Last year we went out dancing here in the US and had a blast. This year was very quiet and simple with a toast of champaign at midnight. Val was a little depressed e ella com saudade tamben. So now we are thinking of spending next Christmas and NY there.

I know that hubby missed Brazil A LOT Monday night (me too and I've lived here most of my life). I hope we can be in NYC, if not Brazil, next year to make it better for him.
