Looking at my signature timeline does anyone think that my previous failed K1 might be causing a problem with me getting my NOA2?

You filed during the rush to beat the fee increase so I suspect that prediction is overly optimistic. Your previous petition may cause a delay but I think it is far too soon to tell.

Thanks pushbrk. It's good to hear from you again. I saw the January 11 date but I also see most people that have filed around the same time as me have received the NOA2. It's been a very long road for me and I am growing very tired. I am thinking about giving up on the wait and going ahead to move to China. November 18, 2008 will mark my 4th anniversary of meeting my wife. I have to draw a line somewhere. Hope you are doing well and again, great to hear from you!

i receive my nao2 in dec 6, 180 days because of the delay on proving the valid marriage certificate. right now i am on p2-p3 of the visa @ NVC
