we received the letter from NVC with our case number 2007854XXX. I saw that there is a post here of those who got their case numbers 2007820XXX. So anybody? lets keep in touch. Am just so excited. Am hoping for a march interview. You think this is possible????

It looked to me like our cases transited through wilmington this morning. We should have been in the 28 Dec batch

I was told by NVC that our case was sent to USEM on Dec. 27th

dunno what going on w/ our case ...

is it possible for me to get march interview ... coz what i learned from my husband ... on our approval notice ... stated there that our priority date is march 23, 2008 ....

Someone correct me if i'm wrong...but i think the ds3032 is for the CR1 visa. Dave and I both applied for a CR1 and a K3 hoping one of them will reach the USEM. We were hoping the Cr1 but it looks like K3 is faster because once your I-129f is approved, they will then send it to USEM and the embassy will schedule the interview. For the CR1, NVC deals with the case, sending u forms which u have to send back until ur case completes which usually takes longer than a k3. once it has completed, NVC will then schedule ur interview before sending it to the USEM. When i called USEM last week, they confirmed that they already have our K3 and that i have to wait 50-90 days until the interview. Our CR1 visa still hasn't completed.

yes you need to type in the whole case number including the MNL... i hope you get your appointment date soon. you will surely be included in the March list.

You need to type MNL ..... maybe the site is down when you tried it!
When i tried checking mine before i encountered the same problem, then i tried it after a couple of minutes or a day!
