i am ready to file I-751 for wife under K-1 visa entry. Everything is on the up and up.MY question is....... since we married and after initial reciept of GC with conditions, I have adopted my stepdaughter.I have all the court documents with name change to mine, and she has her US passport. My question is, as stupid as the usics can be. Do ineed to STILL apply to lift her restrictions? Or, as is logical, do i just put in the I-751 that she is now adopted and a US citizen?

Since she is US Citizen, then she has no conditional green-card to lift conditions from. You should have a naturalization certificate for daughter, you list her on mother's I-751, she still has an A#, but on the address line for daughter you indicate immigrations status as naturalized.

I would attach a copy of daughter's naturalization cert from the N-600 filing.
