Well I just got the letter saturday that my application was transfered to California to speed processing, and As far I can tell it looks like they are doing the trasfer of NSC with time frame of MARCH 2007 , I will wait until the end of the mounth if noting I will call , hopefully they will get to june 2007 by that time

No. If it is anything like what is going on with the TSC transferees, it'll take about 3 weeks for you to get the "your case is currently pending at the office to which it has been transferred", another little bit while they clear their desks of the CSC cases they were working on, then attack the transferee pile. And my bet is that the next set of processing times will see the CSC processing time shift backwards a bit to include the times of the transferees so you won't be able to call due to you being past the posted processing dates.

And aren't CSC transferees getting approvals already, or are my eyes deceiving me? If that's the case, I wouldn't worry too much.

My I-751 is still pending at Nebraska.............. I guess is takes 2 months to process naturalization application and 15 months I-751.

We got another I-797C today urging my wife to get her fingerprints ASAP, but with floating dates for an FBI background check. Hmmm FBI checks on fingerprints for her I-485, for her I-751, and now for her N-400.

Read about people on the web that received their US citizenship before they got their new green cards, that may happen to us, and if it does, do we get a refund on our I-751 application?

Seems like the I-751's are in never neverland.

I wanted to update the table of applications to the NSC and wondered, if we should add the transfers to the California Service Center in the last column - what are your opinions?

I received my physical Greencard yesterday, so my journey with the USCIS is over for now - sigh, it's about time. I will visit this site occasionally to help others, but surely won't be so often here as in the last fourteen months.

If most of us have been transferred to CSC, probably we should just marked those who have not been transferred. I also got the transfer notice in mail today. When I first saw it, I thought it was an interview notice. Frankly I was quite OK with it and then I found out it was just a transfer notice. Any losers who filed in January 2007 still haven't gotten their approval? Pretty soon I am gonna try the trick of sending in more new materials to the CSC mailing address. My hubby and I have both tried to call them and filed two service request so far. No response yet.

We got the NOA in the mail yesterday officially telling us our file has been transferred to CSC. But nothing else going on since last touched, 4/2.....sigh.....

For me the lsat touch was on April 3, 2008, Nothing after that,

Ok we just got a letter stating both that we were approved, and transferred to CSC. Card production was ordered on the 10th. If your file was transferred to CSC, you should expect to have it approved pretty soon. Be sure to check status online as well.

Were happy we got a letter, because before this we had gotten no emails or letters. Now we know USCIS has our correct address and is only somewhat likely to send it to the wrong house.

Well I did not get anyemails neither but i got the letter that said fil transferred to CSC this saturday, MY NOA is 06/2007, and when did you guys apply ? what center? did you receive both the transfer and the approval letter in the same time.

To answer seaflower, we have gotten one email from USCIS, and that was a LONG time ago. Our file date was March 2007. Nebraska was our center.

Now, we got a letter dated MARCH 27 2008 that in the upper right hand side says "approved removal of conditions". Then, below it is a small sticky tape thingy slapped on that says "notice type - transfer notice". Looks like it was printed up and put on top of whatever is supposed to be in that box. I guess they wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. In the main area, it says "we moved your claim to California".

Next, on the USCIS webpage it says APRIL 10, 2008 your card was ordered to be produced. So, it seems that CSC took a mere 2 weeks to approve our claim and order the card. This is not a glowing recommendation on Nebraska or USCIS in general. But, all in all, were happy to have the card on the way.

I am very angry at the amount of time we lost waiting for all this, and God only knows how many things we could have done over the last few years, but I guess its water under the bridge.

Moral of the story is, check the USCIS webpage and automated phone line every day, or a few times a day like we did.

Well, first off, our online status has changed from "your card has been ordered as of April 10" to "we have approved you and sent a letter on April 15". It seems the online status only showed "card ordered" for less then a week, and was bumped by the current and last "event", that being the letter.

On our letter, in the upper right hand side in the "CASE TYPE" box it says "APPROVED REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS (I89)". Does yours say the same? I doubt they would throw the word "APPROVED" around if they didn't mean it. But then again, this is the USCIS were talking about.

I am a bit upset that I didn't get a screenshot of the "your card has been ordered" notice, but that was my fault. I had hoped that if we didnt get the card within the 30 days, we could show up at the local office with the screenshot of "card has been ordered" and they would whip up a new card on the spot.

I can only hope we do indeed get the 10 year card in the mail before the end of the month. We have all been kicked in the teeth so many times we have become a bit gun shy. Everything it worst case scenario and a war mentality. That's not healthy, as everyone walks around in a state of confusion and fear.

I think you have been approved, and will get a letter or update soon. I guess it takes time to coordinate the letters, emails, and webpage updates. But anything that says APPROVED is probably all you need at this point. You are most likely in the process of final approval. Since this flurry of activity started a few weeks ago, I would give it about a month for things to settle down. But, again, I think you have been approved, they are just getting their ducks in a row over at USCIS. I would not be surprised if you got a letter or email soon saying card ordered.

I hope so, It will be the best thing ever, I don't want any citizenship, I just want the Damn green card, Hopefully they will do it quick, so i can go on vacation with my husband to Japan for 3 mts

I will update our status. We had our interview and verbal approval at the local office on 03/20/08

Absolutely nothing since. We were told we would have an approval letter in 5 days. No letter. Our status on the USCIS.gov is still showing what it has for one year and 4 months: received and pending. It's like we just dreamed about the interview.

Everytime we go to call, we press the number for "case has been approved" (though I'm not sure it was or not, he said he would recommend approval), we get a message "if it has been 30 days since your case has been approved"

So it's not any better. Next week will be 30 days. We have to take vacation time to make an appointment and go to the office. This is getting incredibly ridiculous.

If no news is good news, then we got good news.

Did you get the transfer notice? It seems that you are stuck in the limbo because your interview was around the timeframe the case files are being transferred from CSC to NSC.

Also it looks like all who got the actual transfer letter, Had in the upper right box the word approved also, So i don't think that has something to do with the case approved, probably just the transfer approved.

Ok, just drafted a polite cover letter asking them to take a look at my case. For extra evidences, I have recent pictures, our 2007 joint tax return, renters insurance policy (since we still don't own a house), itineraries for our planned vacation trip. I have sent in utility bills, life insurance etc in the original I-751 before. Does someone have idea what is considered EXTRA? I am going to OVERNIGHT this package tomorrow.

I wouldn't mess with it really, It looks like CSC is now processing the NSC I -751 with range of NOA on 03/2007, And Nick was just was pproved because of the way they were processing these files, The started with 01/2007 then 02/2007 then now almost at the end of03/2007. I don't think that when NICK D send his new package with more evidence they process his file faster, They would probably get confused if you do that, But it is really up to you so good luck let us know if you are going to really send it.

Yeah, they are driving me nuts. I'd like to have the GC in hand when we visit Europe next month. I just want to be free from USCIS and hubby was trying to help to. But it doesn't seem to matter no matter how many times we call the USCIS customer service number.

Congressman, Senator, NSC -, Ombudsman, and this letter to CSC, can only guess which one worked, or maybe none of them did like seaflower stated and they would have processed our case anyway. All I can say, is that by sending these letters, it made us feel better in that we were doing something.

As our I-751 application is over one year old, taking this opportunity to send additional proof that we are still a family and intend to stay a family.

1. Copy of our 2007 US 1040 tax return.
2. Copy of our 2007 property tax bill.
3. Copy of an AKC registration for a German Shepherd Dog we purchased.
4. A photo of the three of us taken last Christmas.

There is a degree of hardship in trying to explain to non-USCIS personnel why my wife and step daughter have an expired permanent resident card. With my wife’s employer, the XXXXXXX Clinic, enrolling our daughter in a university, renewing expired driver’s licenses, and obtaining/maintaining passports from Venezuela. The State of Wisconsin is cracking down on illegal immigrants and we seem to fall in that class, they do not seem to understand an expired PRC. I should have not to explain Venezuela.

Your expediency in processing our case would be greatly appreciated.

For all petition received an update with "APPROVED Removal Condition" that you ALL APPROVED. Another update will be notified soon like "Card production been ordered". Just wait and cheer. I just got that wonderful update..
