It is my first time here

My conditional green card expires on march 5th, 2008.. I have gathered most of my information all I need is a couple of letters from someone who has known me and my wife for the 2 years. I am planning to mail this soon!
Am I suppose to mail this 90 prior to march 5th, 2008 or as it says on form during the 90 days immediately before the second annivarsary!
I am a bit confused? do we have 90 days to file or it has to be in 90 days before march5th, 2008?

you can file anywhere between 90 days and the day the card expires.....

You can mail the petition any time after December 5th. Good luck
