I just got the mail and got the notice from the bank saying the check was returned for insufficient funds. Aghhh how can I resubmit it??? I sent in all the proper paperwork???

You might want to call your bank first to see if they paid it, most banks accept the check and charge you the insufficient funds fee which is normally about $30 per transaction.
