Full Version: K1 Visa ... anyone got an idea what I need to get done?
If I dont get married ... can I go through the K1 Visa?

K-1 is a fiancee visa, if you do not marry after entry on the K-1 to the petitioner, you will need to leave the USA no later than the 90 days after entry or face accruing overstay, and you cannot enter on the K-1 and marry someone other that the US Citizen who filed the petition.
