Awww, thanks!!! It's true I haven't been posting much, but I've been around reading! It seems every post I made was a WINGE, so I thought I'd wait until I had a more positive outlook before posting. Which brings me to my point....

WE'RE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!



Stephen's interview, which was at 10:00 a.m. , was painless and quick. He said they sort of thumbed through his info, and as they were stamping things, asked where we met and how long we'd known each other and then said, "Congratulations. You're approved."

He's winging his way back to Belfast as we speak and will be winging his way to Atlanta on the 18th!!! WOOT!!!

I kept an eye out for Stephen but the place was packed with people and I didn't notice him. I'm also flying out on the 18th January - in fact I'm off to book my ticket now.

Yeah, Stephen said there were loads of people there. Very anti-climatic for him as well. Never a peep about evidence of ongoing relationship, etc. But as sure as you DON'T have it, they're going to want to see it!

Congrats to all being approved today. So happy for you all. It must be such a great feeling and lots of relief.

If the reports from approvees over the last 2 days are any guide, you'll feel lucky if they even look directly at you! Griff said he was so stressed out about it and when it was over and done couldn't believe that 3 questions was it! Said he felt kind of gyped!

We received my interview date yesterday, 6th Feb. They received my request on the 19th Dec so considering the holidays it was quite a speedy response.

Oh and good luck tomorrow to Shorty and Nilz and for NikkisPrecious tomorrow. I leave here on sunday with a friend, we are staying with her friends who live near London, getting the train to Waterloo early monday morning then a taxi to the Embassy. Should be at the Embassy by 8:30am (appointment is 9:30am). After my interview we are spending the afternoon and evening in London then a train back to her friends. I will be back here sometime on tuesday. I am so nervous, just checked all my documents for the 20th time to make sure I have everything.

Now where are Chris and Amy? We need to know

Haha - yeah he e-mailed me *and* PM'd me!! It kept us occupied pre-NOA2 but now things seem to be a hive of activity!! It's crazy!! Our story is so... full of ups and downs that it is nice to get them down somewhere before they fade As it is Jeremy has to do it because my memory is so bad!!!!
