Ok, so this is my second petition. The first one was submitted Jan 2, 07, NOA2 Jan 21 and interview May 23. At the embasy after like 3 mins they gave my fiance a 221g for more info. She submitted it 1 day later, then they sent the case back stating they were not sure of the relationship and that the 4 month approval period passed and they are now sending it back. Everyone(my attorney and congressmen) told us to reapply.. Reapplied via attorney on July 21. Got the noa2 Dec 23.
well now I am worried.. what will happen at the interview again. Delhi Embassy was having alot of fraud cases during the time of her last interview(they had posted it on the website).
What should i do, how should my fiance be prepared? any and all advice is appreciated.....
facts:
We email frequently,
Call daily(have bills)
visited her (Aug 2006(engagement), Nov 2006, Feb 2007, Sept 2007 and now Dec 2007). have all the tickets and passport stamps.
Have proof of cash I sent her(western union)
Photos of engagement(small party) and photos of all visitiors.
what other evidence should i get?

I'm really sorry you have had so much trouble - it sounds awful and it must prove to any interviewer that the fact you have persevered and gone through the process again means that you obviously have a pretty good relationship!
The evidence you listed sounds good to me but I am no expert by any means - would it be worth getting a letter from your congressman as well? I don't know if it would help but it can't hurt any...
Good luck and let us know how you get on

Sounds like a good plan - it sounds to me like the biggest thing may be that you need to speak to a human being and I know that isn't always easy!! Fingers crossed it will all work out - I am sure things will be fine, especially as you have taken the appropriate steps as well as the time to re-apply - in my opinion that must surely count towards demonstrating your commitment to each other

When I went to visit my fiance in Sept, we went to the embassy and they lady there was so rude... Delhi is such a horrible embassy. I am quite worried at this point...

I hope things work out for you. Hopefully they will believe this a true and real relationship because of your persistence. Gather as much evidence as you can. Better to overwhelm with evidence. Good luck.
