iam confuse about 2 picture , do i need a 2 passport picture for the form I-751?or not.

Yes - you need 2 passport style photos.

Yes - you need 2 passport style photos.
no, you don't... the pics will be taken at the Biometrics appoinment
you only need to include photos if you are...

Yup...meant to say that..half my post apparently didn't make it.. guess I can't talk on the phone and type (or copy/paste)..
No you don't. Your photo will be taken when they do your fingerprints again... you only need to send in passport photos if you are outside the USA (ie. military) because they can't get your photo themselves if you're not in the service area...
The biometrics will provide the photo for the 10-year card so you don't need to submit any passport photos.
