First I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. I filed a I-130 for my husband July 23 2007. I havent recieved anything at all from USCIS but a notice that they recieved it. I notice a lot of people got a NOA1 a month after filing the I-130. What should I do? Do I need to worry? Please help me. helpsmilie.gif helpsmilie.gif helpsmilie.gif

If you used a check, find out if they've cashed your check. You can get the receipt number that's printed on it. Then call USCIS 1-800-375-5283 to find out the NOA.
Alt name
As I recall the "notice that they received it" IS the NOA1

The NOA #1 is notice that USCIS has received your application and it gives you a case number.
