Hi there,
So I have applied to remove my conditions, however I went on the USCIS website to take a look and update my password, the wierd thing is my I-130 was touched 12/22/2007. I was approved for the I 130 back in April 06. Why are they touching it if it has already been approved? Just seems a little odd to me. Has this happened to anyone before?

Happened to our I-129F, which was approved on 09/03/2004, and then was last *touched* on 09/30/2007.

That happened to us too. It makes sense to me since they're supposed to review the A-file prior to making a decision.

Our I-130s were touched in January 2007, long before we submitted our I-751. My theory was that they were moving old files to their new centralized storage system, hence the touch.
Lissa, in your case, since your file was touched even before they received your I-751, I would hazard a guess that your old file was being moved to the centralized storage also.
