Hi everyone:
I thought maybe someone has experience in this. I will file the I 751 form by myself since I got divorce from my american husband.
What I am not sure is what evidence for the relationship should I submit, because the form says: Submit copies of as many documents as you wish to establish this fact and to demonstrate thecircumstances of the relationship from the date of themarriage to the present date, and to demonstrate anycircumstances surrounding the end of the relationship, if ithas ended.
What kind of document besides the divorce decree do I need to prove our marriage is over?
Thank you in advance for your reply

Sorry to hear your marriage didn't work out. You will need to submit your divorce decree along with anything to prove you had a bona fide marriage. If you look at the instructions on the I-751 form it will tell you what to submit. Examples may be, joint bank accounts, joint credit cards, joint property, joint insurance, pictures, letters from people who knew the both of you. From what I am understanding you need to send in everything you would if you were filing jointly.
Best of luck,

Just like what the jointly filed I-751 is asking, submit ALL proof you have of your bonafide marriage plus your divorce decree. But of course, in your I-751 form, you need to check the statement that qualifies you in part 2 if I am not mistaken.I also applied my I-751 with waiver recently and I wish you the same. Goodluck!
