Don't not leave anything blank, good way to get the form bounced.

Enter all the information required as accurately as you can.

Hi,

My recommendation is to put the dates, dont have to be in a exact date, but still "around". I was filling my N-400 application with immigration person in the immigration office, and I had the same question for him.

Never, ever, leave anything blank on an immigration form! no0pb.gif Make your best guess, you should be okay.

If you remember some of the dates, just write them somewhere else then once recall everything transfer the information to the form. You may have to wait a few days while you do your research, but that's fine. Also never leave any lines blank. If you have to write N/A on some blanks if they don't apply to you then that is fine. otherwise leave nothing blank.

Draft it all out first before filling the form out. I think you might have a hard time convincing the consular officer you can't even remember which year you lived somewhere. Take the time to get the information you need. If the form isn't filled out to there satisfaction it will cause you more delay and problems in the long run.
