i am sending my docs today. and i am drafting my cover letter here at work.
is it ok that i will sign the cover letter instead my husband? do i need to be worry? or should i let him sign tonight and send this off tomrow? please let me know. thanks

Since cover letters are not a required item, they (the USCIS) I suppose, could care less if it even has a signature or not....

When we got the packet back the cover letter was gone so I assume they just threw it away and probably didn't even look at it.

Our cover letter wasn't signed at all - it was basically just a list of what was in the packet for evidence.
