hi just want to ask how long does it takes the marriage contract from city hall to NSO?

I think it depends on where you were married. It took ours about a month and we were married in metro Manila. We used a photocipy of the contract once city hall recorded it and when we sent int the I-130, then sent the NSO recorded contract in with the DS-230.
we have ours with red ribbon in it?u think they will give us the authenticated from NSO?coz i have my packet 3 coming and i want to be prepared..pls help
I went to the NSO in Cagayan De Oro City about 1 month after our wedding to get the NSO copy of MC. It was not there yet. My wife and I were instructed to return to the municipality and have them do an "electronic endorsement", then return to the NSO after 30 WORKING DAYS. My wife will return to NSO soon to get MC.

Request it from the NSO and if they don't have it yet they will tell you.
