If answer is yes, give name and address of person assiting you, indicating whether relative, friend, travel agent, attorney, or other) well, I did not hire a lawyer or anything. But, I asked a couple of uncertain questions on this VJ forum, does it consider assisting? I called US embassy in Tokyo to ask one question about DS230, but of course, the lady was not my friend or anyone and I do not even know her name and address. I assisted my fiancee with filling out the form, we did not bother noting this. This has to do with a professional third party assisting like a lawyer.

Ya, that's exactly what I did. I asked some questions to this forum and US embassy, but no like asking them to fill this out. I asked what this sentence mean or words mean. That's about it. And I have no idea what their assistance mean. It confuses me so much.

Don't stress so much. When you get your NOA2 and the embassy sends out packet 3 to you (which has the updated DS-230 included in it), you will have some instructions in Japanese that should help you.
