Have read in guides that 864 is needed for C R 1 interview.
However in Embassy info here it says packet 4 asks for 134 not 864.
Can anyone carify this ?

The I-864 is for CR-1 visas, the I-134 for K visas. Any special instructions for Thai applications, just google us embassy bankok. and look at the sites info on immigration visas.

When I read the Embassy info here on VJ it says " Packet 4 contains form 134". It does not say 864. I have looked at U S embassy info for Thailand & can not find any info about what is in packet 4 except interview date info.
Can anyone help ?
