Hello,

On N400 application there is a question about having been detained by law enforcement.

If I had a speeding ticket which means i was stopped by police officer do I have to say yes to that question on N400?

You weren't arrested, so don't say yes. If you were 20 over the speed limit and got a wreckless driving charge, then it would be different.
