OK so I sent my I-130 on July 16th. NOA1 was July 25. I sent my I-129F Sept 4 and got NOA1 on Sept 11. I have noticed that some people have been getting both their I-130's and I-129F approved at the same time. Is that really what happens or it just so happen those people got approved like that. If that is the case do I need to follow my I-130 timeline and expect an approval within weeks or my I-129F and 1.5 - 2 months from now?

You will follow K-3.

Thank you for the info. According to a post on another form some of this proceedure may change though. I will follow the I-129F timeline then and expect an approval in Feb instead of now.
