on 12-12-2007 we just received instruction package from HCMC, my fiance' bring it back to them on next day 12-13-2007. They sent me an e-mail that night let me know they already received check list and 230-part 1, now just wait for package 4 and interview date ( 2-4 months ). SO DON'T SEND BACK PACKAGE 3, TURN THEM IN PERSON FOR GOD SAKE.



Do we need to send recently pay stubs with I-134 ?

in supporting evidences part of I-134, it doesn't say nothing about pay stubs, neither in instruction package that sent to fiance', but in guideline of visajourney, it said we should ???

I thought only W2, Tax return, employer's letter, bank stastement are enough.

Any advice, greatly appreciate

They would not accept Tram's when she attempted to do this. She was told to mail it in.
