I am a CONDITIONAL Permanent Resident because I was married for not even two years before I got my greencard. I can remove my conditional residency by 2009. Do you think I can petition my sister to visit me for three months? Any help will be highly appreciated.

I dont know how much duration is the tourist visa given by the American Embassy in Philippines for USA.
