Last December i recieved a Letter from Chris of USCIS telling me that they recieved the reply for the RFE..now i am waiting until now if my case was touched or something..but until now i dont have any news from them about my case..is that normal?anyone?please?

It is normal, dont read too much into what goes on with touches and so forth, there really is no way of knowing and they dont always update.
Your case will have resumed processing so sit back and enjoy the ride.
