I want to make a topic for all US citizen filing for there fiance/fiancee in Hong Kong and all fiance/fiancee in Hong Kong.

I filed my K1 last week December 12. I want to know what's everyone doing after filing there K1. I'm bought a house this month and remodeling and cleaning the house will kill time for me.
If anyone have issues with Hong Kong consulate or related issues, post them.

Actually I have a question about HONGKONG!

I still cant figure out what are the Province and the Country for HK.
My dad is from HK and mom is from Japan.
I was born in HK but moved to Japan when I was little.

We did get our NOA2 from USCIS but my fiance and I still have no idea what to write for my "Place of birth."
I wrote HongKong for Province and HongKong SAR for Country for I-129F.
We really need to know the right answers before my interview just in case...

ALSO...Is Kowloon a city? Or just a district?

HK is a Special Administrative Region of PRC China, it is treated like a separate country by the mainland. Province is Hong Kong.
