I was under the impression that EAD and AP got approved at the same time. I have had a few touches on my AP lately but it is still not approved while the EAD is. Does this mean they aren't going to approve it? How often do they reject AP applications from Canadian citizens?

I was also wondering about this because we received an email that EAD card production has been ordered but nothing about AP. Hopefully it will come soon.

They are not approved together..... they are processed seperately... so having an approval for EAD does not mean you will or have been approved for AP.... both EAD and AP can take 90+ days to be approved....
