well i dont know if this the right place to post my topic . anyways MOD. can move it if not.

well it's been almost 2 months after my I-485 interview, and i heard nothing but al what i know is waiting for FBI name check, and i dont know when they going to clear my name. so .. i decided to file my I-131. because i want to travel to see my sweet family.

now, my question is !

Can i file for I-131 while my case still pending !
How long it will take to be approved (maximum) !
Where to Send the Form !

i tried to see if there any Guide for I-131. but i cont find ..
Any information about this file i will be appreciated.

Yes you can, you are not LPR until name check completes.

It takes up to 90 days to get AP

but my I-130 still pending too, so can i still file I-131? i have my K3 visa expired and i have my I-129F Approval Notice! .. is is works?

and do i have to send copy of my I-485 Interview Notice ?

On page # 6
If you are filing a Form I-131based on a pending Form I-485, file Form I-131 with the
Nebraska Service Center or Texas Service Center,depending on where you live.

I sent in my I131 to Texas Service Center and got approved in 30 to 40 days - roughly.

Since K-3 expired, the option of extending the K-3 validity, I beleive is gone, so AP is what is needed.

You file I-131 based on pending I-485 attach a copy of I-485 NOA1 letter.

FEE is based on when you filed the I-485, if you filed it before July 30, the fee is $305, if you filed the I-485 on or after July 30 and paid the higher fee $1010 for the I-485, you do not need to pay a fee for the I-131, (Attach a copy of the I-485 NOA1 letter to indicate when you filed the I-485, before or after July 30)
