My portal disappeared ....... is it me or is Cap. working on something ?

It is at the top of the page next to Guides and Forums, Sis.

DUH.........can't see the forest for the trees today. It used to be next to 'My Controls'......just a few days ago.

I was looking for it this morning, and found it way up yonder. That doesn't bother me that it got moved as much as getting that BOARD MESSAGE all bloody day for the past week! Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Yeah, mine too. I noticed mine wasn't there this morning too.


I'm getting it constatly recently and sometimes it will take me up to 10 times just to get logged on.

Can you be more specific on what error and when you are getting it. There are quite a few errors that can happen.

I believe it says the search engine is off or too high ??

oh that one. I put in a server load limit to stop searches when the load gets high. I am trying to find a good balance where it keeps the server under control but does not stop searches all the time. Are you getting any errors today? I changed the limits this weekend?

Also do you think the Portals location is better (at the top)? It was more popular than the Wiki so it made some sense. I have to find a place to link for the wiki now.

The error returned was: Server Load is too high now. The Search Feature is offline and will return shortly. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, I got quite a few error messages today, this morning in particular.

Portals is ok up yonder. As long as I can access it, it is fine by me.

I up'd the server load limit some that should help keep the search engine available more. I will see how it helps or hurts the overall server load.
