Hi guys,

Just a quick question...I'm filling out the G325A for my 3 yr. old daughter, how do I sign for her? There's none that says, sign if you're filling up the paperwork for the applicant....do we put her finger print? Or sign and put my name? thanks. I just want to make sure it's done right. Thanks again.

I believe you only need to fill out the 325 for the sponsor and beneficiary, not the chillden.

From what I have read in the instructions for the I-130, you only need to submit a G-325 form for a spouse. All other relationships for which you are filing an I-130, do not require this form. Look at page 2 of the I-130 instructions: Documents needed to prove Family relationship. If you are filing for your spouse, then you can add your daughter's name to your spouse's G-325; otherwise, if you are only filing for her, it is not needed.
