I got approval email from USCIS on Dec 14. Now I am gonna prepare for my affidavit. I already got Tax return transcript from IRS. I am going to make letter from employer and bank statement letter and paystuffs. Do i need to make notarized only I-134 form or all the documents. Thanks in advance for the help.

only the I-134 form needs to be notarized. the supporting documents do not need to be notarized.
