I was told that all I need to take with me in order to return to the US is my AP documents, passport, marriage certificate and such documents like this that were approved after entering the USA. Is this true? My thought are / were that I may need to take any of the documents from my fiance visa and all these paperwork I have had approved back in Cairo just in case.

Any suggestions on this, would be greatly appreciated.

All you need to re-enter the U.S. is your AP documents and your passport (and marriage certificate if your passport is not in married name).
