Okay. helpsmilie.gif
So I have the interview in Montreal In Jan.
It has our MTL number on it.

However I am not sure which one they are processing the 130 or the 129F. wacko.gif
Is there a way someone can tell me which one it it?
I have to go for my medical.

I have looked at http://visajourney.com/forums/lofiversion/...php/t42997.html But honestly I don't know which one they have processed. I have received the completed/approvals for them both already.

Oh.. and is it true that if you go into the states on the 130 or the 129F that you can't re-enter the states for 2 years unless you have prior approval? I would like to go on our honeymoon but not sure if I can or not and don't want to get stuck apart again.

Thanks!

And off topic, Happy Holidays to everyone!

Hi there,
Maybe you should call uscis to find out which application they are interviewing you for. Did you send back I-864 when you got your NOA2. They would have kick started your I-130 application.
About going into the us while applying for your visa. I have gone back and forth afew times. I have managed to get into the u.s. but others haven't been so luck. It depends on the officer you are dealing with. I hope this helps.
