i sent my re-entry permit application at the nebraska svc center last december 4 and was very happy about it until i read about the receipting delay on the website. is the NSC also experiencing delays as the others?

im planning to leave mid january, i dont know if its possible now.

-on the form, i wrote january 15 as my target date of departure here in the us. will they consider that to at to somehow prioritize my application?
-and does anyone know how long does the uscis call me for the travel document biometrics?
-in the first place, do they actually need another biometrics appointment even if i already had it for my AOS months ago?

If you have not got AP a few weeks before trip, you may want to schedule an Info-Pass appointment to your local fild office and see if they will issue it to you on the spot.

wow. i didnt know you can do that on the spot... uhm about the fingerprinting, will they need another one for this application alone knowing i had one for my AOS? thanks!

I don't believe so, biometrics for EAD and AOS are all that are needed.
