The OF-194, Addendum given to my husband specifies,

"Your care requires further administrative processing. When the administrative processing is complete, your case number will be posted to the following web page: http:///uae.usembassy.gov/immigrant_status.html. Return to the Embassy within eight weeks after you see the case number and bring this sheet, the blue sheet (OF-194) and any item(s) listed below:

So, my questions are:

* Should I send the Joint Sponsor - Affidavit of Support to the Embassy via Fedex - or - let my husband bring it with him when he sees his case number on their website?
* Should I consider completing an I-864A, Contract Between Household Member and Spouse, since my mother is currently living with me (but moving in end of January)? Somehow, I think this would only complicate matters to do this, since the Embassy asked for the I-864.
* What is the normal waiting period for fingerprints to be processed?
