Hello all,

First of all hello to all you wonderful people who are out here helping each other and learning more and more about the process.

Hubby is preparing for applying IR-1 for me and I was wondering a few things about the G-325a form. First of all

1) My mom expired 15 years ago, so shall I put Late ABC while giving out her first name?

2) I do work for a private organisation but I am an outsource staff, so all I get is cash in hand at the end of the month, really don't have any proof of my working status other than my I-Card, they haven't and I am sure they won't issue me a working certificate (long story, but i don't complain with the payment I get), so I was wondering, shall I leave the working status as unemployed? or Shall I type in the organisations name any ways? Don't see the Consulate asks for any proof of work, but only asks me to name it.

3) There is an option with the form--"Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year." what shall I put in here, do I need to put the same address as what is my residence address or is this not applicable for me, since I have never been to USA?

Thanks all in advance!

hi,

Welcome to Visa Journey.

1) Put your moms name . IF it is say Laxmi Swami Nair .. .then let it be that way.. dont put late or anything before it

2)Just put employed and the name of the company.

3) I guess you never been to united states. so it will N/A

I hope this helps you out

You can also see the filled forms section for reference. I think they might have a G-325a example filled form. Its an old version filled out form. But still will help you in certain way.

What ever paper work you send or receive from the USCIS of NVC in future... make photocopies of them for your own record

GOD Bless

I just wrote "deceased" in the space to the right which asks for residence.

Thanks all for the help. I am going to put my mom's name as it is and will note down as deceased with the present address status.

Thanks again
