Got email from Montreal Consulate, confirming the forms in packet 3 have been sent, and that they should my foreign fiancee soon.

I don't what the Consulate people mean, when they say, "It will arrive soon". Does anyone know from their case how long it took for the packet 3 information to arrive from Consulate in Montreal to Toronto?

And by what shipping method (Canada Post, ExpressPost, FEdex or UPS) does Montreal Consulate mail the packet 3 information?

Thanks
Peter.
