If anyone can help me with this, I thank you in advance. If my husband was born in Germany because his father was in the us army, what would that make him......us citizen-born or naturization?
What answer would apply to my husband's situation on this question.

As long as his birth was reported to the US consulate, he can safely say he is a US citizen. My hubby was born outside of the US, in Britain in fact, and his dad was US military, and my hubby is officially a US citizen,
'Its a FS-240 I believe, "report of a birth abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America."
might be called a Ds-240 now though,...lol.
