Got my NOA today 12/12/07 with a date of 12/7/07. Not too bad.....1 year extension...Awaiting Bio appointment.

VSC is running circles around CSC. We mailed Claudeth's petition on the 23rd of November and haven't heard anything and the check hasn't been cashed either.

Better than the TSC which has fallen into a complete coma back in June.

Jasman, aren't you expecting your files to be returned? Do they still cash the check in the event of a return?

That's good to hear! We mailed our package on Thursday, 12/6 and it was received Saturday, 12/8- I've been checking our account everyday to see if the check has cleared yet, and it hasn 't.

Our package was mailed Monday 12/10 and received Tuesday 12/11 - I checked the bank account this morning and no cashed check either ....

I just checked and our check was cashed today! Hopefully, we receive our NOA1 sometime early next week!

sent ours in Dec 4, received and signed for Dec 5 but up to now they still haven't cashed the check. nothing yet in my account. i hope tomorrow it will clear and i'll get something soon from VSC. Good luck to all!

NOA1 extension letter was received yesterday!

Now I'm crossing my fingers that we DON'T received the biometrics appt. letter while we're on vacation next week. I'm crossing my fingers that it comes before we leave, or right after, but not during (either way, I have a neighbor checking our mail everyday).

We got got back from vacation last night to what I presume is good news...
I checked the bank account this morning and VSC cashed our check on 12/17/07.
Our mail is being heldat the Post Office, so I'm hoping for some good news when we get our mail delivery tomorrow
