I did a search for December Filer, but there's not a topic so;

I'm a December Filer, I sent my I-129F this morning at around 10am. I went ahead and did a next day shipping (it should arrive tomorrow at 3pm), BUT I did a waiver for return receipt

I hope nothing bad happens to my packet (knock on wood).

December 12, 2007 - packet sent from Oklahoma City. I was hoping to send it out on Monday, but due to the winter storm I couldn't do anything until today. Go VSC GO VSC, process process.

What is my next step in waiting?

~~ I just sent my I-129F yesterday to VSC. I did the normal priority mail, and the clerk at the post office told me it should be there by Friday. I am hoping it will get there ASAP. Crossing finger that is not going to be delay due to the holiday mail.

I am still not sure if I got everything in right

. hopefully I did. Happy to see about 4 people at VJ have file their application on December. I am going back to China for the winter break... I am going to see my baby and fiance, the two most important people of my life, in two weeks. Happy~~~

Do anyone know if they send out NOA through email or not? I will be gone for almost a month... I don't want to have to worry about whether the NOA has arrived or not. Even though I really set my expectation low for the speed of the process so I won't be too upset when they are slow... It's holiday, they probably will slow down and be off for a few days, right? I pray to get NOA1 by no later than when I come back (which is like 6 weeks from now).

hi!im also december filer"s,,dec.14......my fiance and i have 2yrs and 11 mos.son,goodluck to all of us..this is the begining of the journey,hope wont take long...

i am also a december filer, sent I-129f dec 3, received at the csc dec. 5 , got noa1 through mail (hard copy) dec. 7. we are now waiting for the next notice.
