Today i think was the most horroble day of my life, my hubby got denied for his naturalization due to some felonies he had made when he was teenager. I dont know what to do, my visa is out of status, we got married and he is only GC holder. I need my kids to come here with because of some constraint Im encountering in my homeland. My hubby filed already the petition to me under GC and i was expecting that it'll be upgraded as soon as he gets his citizenship.

Im so sad and almost losing hope for my two kids...........hope somebody advise me what to do

OH boy.

He should go to your homeland and file for residency there - then you will all be re-united immediately..

assuming of course that your homeland will accept US felons as residents

It can't have been 'moral turpitude' or he would not have been allowed to stay in the US for so long; so perhaps it will not be so important there
