hi , a relative of mine is a green card holder ,he is married and his wife lives and work in morocco.how he can bring her what r the things he has to file .ty

Basicaly the same as a USC filing except his wife will ned to wait for a Visa Number - say 5 years.

Citizenship will speed up the process.
