I just got my ds230 bill in the mail today. And I've been reading up a little on it. Habibi needs to fill it out and send it back:( What is the easiest way to get it to him? I know I can email the form to his family and have them print it out for him. But what is the best way for him to ship it from Palestine to the NVC?
Also for translation, how can he fill this out? If he were to call the embassy in jerusalem, can they assist him with filling it uot? His english is not good enough to fill out the form by himself:(

You can help your husband fill out the form. Just download yourself a copy and walk him through it over the phone. Or, even easier, you can complete the form except for his signature and email it to him, then he can just print it out, sign it, and mail it in.

When he's done, have your husband send it directly to the NVC via DHL -- they have offices all over Palestine. It will take less than 1 week to get to New York -- maybe just 3 or 4 days -- and cost about $20.

Haha oopsie ! New York New Hampshire.... my bad.....

We sent something direct to NVC from Ramallah via DHL, and it took just FOUR DAYS days from being sent until it was showing up "in the system" at NVC. So I definitely recommend DHL.

Wooohoooo you're almost done with NVC -- yalla let's get this show on the road to Jerusalem !

One big boo boo. If you try to save that pdf document of teh ds320, it says you cannot save it. You must print it out:( Only way to have him fill it out will be for me to speak to his brother in law whom I'm told is very good in english. I will do that on the computer tomorrow if I can get him and habibi online together. Only other way is for him to go to the Jerusalem consulate and ask if there is anyone who can assist him.

You can fill it out (except for his signature,) then print it, scan it and email it to him. Even if it doesn't print well enough at his end, he can still follow your example to complete his own copy, then sign and mail it in.

WOM is right…..fill out the form, print, scan and email the forms for him to sign.
