If there is evidence available to all online that a visajourney member may be committing fraud is there a proper procedure to deal with this?

If there is evidence available to all online (by googling that member's visajourney nickname) that a visajourney member may be committing fraud, is there a proper procedure to deal with this?

Are you suggesting reporting a member to authorities for something said on this forum?

No, but it doesn't seem right to keep helping this person either.

I'll PM you.

If you think someone on VJ is violating TOS then report it to the VJ staff.

PM us if there is concern for anything like you suggested. We certainly promote the legal path to immigration and nothing else. Also read the "Important Disclaimer" at the bottom of all topic pages. This applies in general to all TOS violations (updated topic title to reflect this).
